We want you to love your Stoneleaf fit. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Exchange window

Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items with original tags and packaging.

What we can exchange

• Size exchanges (subject to stock)
• Defective / damaged / wrong item received

What we cannot accept

• Worn, washed, or altered garments
• Items without tags or in unsellable condition
• Sale / final-sale items marked as non-returnable (if applicable)

How to start an exchange

1. Email aiarodiya07@gmail.com or WhatsApp/call +91 92745 06286 with your order number and photos (for damage claims).
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share the next steps.

Refunds (if offered for a specific case) are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
